LURE OF THE LATIN

Stunning concert at the New World Symphony last night.  Incredible music and some wonderful musical insights from host Jamie Bernstein (daughter of the legendary Leonard).

The performance was made all the more memorable being conducted as it was by the incomparable Christian Reif of whom there is Good News and Bad News.
It was announced this week that he is to become resident conductor at the San Francisco Symphony - congratulations are in order to Christian- a great career move no doubt - but were does that leave his Miami Beach followers?
 I know where it leaves me- crying into my concert program!!
